Notice of Appointment of Receivers of Income
Pursuant to Sections 8(1)(b) and 10 of the Receiverships
Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 14 August 2007, Anthony John McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both insolvency practitioners, of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of the income
of the property of Winsun Developments Limited (“the company”), pursuant to a memorandum of mortgage registered at the North Auckland Land Registry under mortgage 5554727.3.
The Property: The property situated at “Winsun Heights Apartments”, 113–121 Vincent Street, Auckland (described in Computer Freehold Register NA603/46 and NA2D/96, both North Auckland Registry).
