Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Raymond Gordon Burgess, accountant of Auckland, was appointed receiver and manager of Five Star Finance Limited on 5 September 2007 under the terms of a debenture dated the 7th day of March 1994.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s present and after acquired property.
