Notice of Appointment of Receivers

We, Richard Dale Agnew and Anthony David Kenneth Boswell, chartered accountants of Auckland, hereby give notice, pursuant to section 8(1)(a) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 29 August 2007, Covenant Trustee Company Limited, under the terms of a trust deed ("the security agreement"), did appoint us as joint and several receivers of all the undertakings, property and assets of the companies secured by the security agreement, with each and all of the powers conferred to the receivers under the provisions of
the security agreement and at law.
