Notice is hereby given that on 28 August 2007, William
Guy Black and Kerryn Mark Downey, of McGrathNicol, Chartered Accountants, Auckland, were appointed receivers and managers of the mortgaged property (all present and after-acquired real property and all present and after-acquired personal property in which the company has rights, whether now or in the future) of the above-named companies charged by general security deeds.
