Notice of Appointment of Receiver of Income
Notice is hereby given of the appointment by F M Custodians Limited (mortgagee), under memorandum of mortgage 6332170.6, of Murray Winder, chartered accountant of Christchurch, as receiver of income of the land being
the secured property under the above-mentioned mortgage, more particularly income received from certain units, certificates of title 5099, 5100, 5103, 5104 and 5106, Otago Land Registry.
The receivership commenced on 22 January 2007.
