Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Michael Peter Stiassny and Brendon James Gibson, hereby give notice that on 23 January 2007, we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertakings of Chequer Corporation Limited and Chequer Packaging Limited pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 24th day of December 2003.
Short Description of Property Charged Under the General Security Agreement: All assets and undertakings of the company.
