of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of Nathans Finance NZ Limited on
20 August 2007 under the terms of a security agreement dated the 15th day of November 2001.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
