On 20 August 2007 at 2.00pm, Paul Graham Sargison and Gerald Stanley Rea, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed by Abridge Finance Limited as receivers and managers of the property of Getfloored Flooring Limited under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 28th day of March 2007, secured over all present and future property of the company.
