Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

We, Michael Peter Stiassny and Grant Robert Graham, hereby give notice that on 13 August 2007, we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of
the assets and undertakings of Bridgecorp Finance
(New Zealand) Limited pursuant to an accession deed dated the 10th day of October 2005.
Short Description of Property Charged Under the Accession Deed: All assets and undertakings of the company.
