Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Gilbert Dale Chapman, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed receiver and manager of Stewart and Rogers Electrical (Auckland) Limited (in liquidation) on 13 August 2007, under the terms of a general security agreement giving the holder security over all of the assets of the company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's present and after acquired property.
