Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 11 August 2007, Arron Leslie Heath and Lloyd James Hayward, chartered accountants, were appointed receivers and managers of the property of Allen's Management Company Limited under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 27th day of June 2006 given by that company.
The Property in Receivership is: All the company's undertaking, property and assets.
