Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

We advise that on 2 August 2007, Boris van Delden and Peri Micaela Finnigan, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 14th day of December 2005, executed by the company in favour of the secured creditor and registered on the Personal Property Securities Register on 5 December 2005, under financing statement FF8F96T1T7M99937.
