Notice of Appointment of Joint Receivers of Income
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant, and Colin Anthony Gower, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed on 31 July 2007, as joint receivers of the income of the properties of Maisonettes on High Limited by Colin Payne and Cheryl Payne under the terms of a mortgage giving the holder a security over the income of the said properties.
The properties in receivership are the properties at High Street, Blenheim, being Computer Freehold Registers MB1B/770, MB1B/850, MB3D/1491 and MB4D/623.
