Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Neville Petrie Fagerlund and Michael John Keyse, both of HFK Limited, Level 1, 567 Wairakei Road, Christchurch, hereby give notice that on 2 August 2007, they were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Cabellos Holdings Limited under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 10th day of June 2005.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all of the company's undertaking and property, present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
