Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 25 July 2007, I, John Michael Gilbert, was appointed under powers conferred by a general security agreement dated the 8th day of August 2006, to act as receiver of the above-named company.
Assets Secured: All of the undertakings of the company.
