Notice of Appointment of Joint Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant, and Colin Anthony Gower, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint receivers and managers of Warwick Mews Developments Limited on 26 July 2007 by Dominion Finance Group Limited under the terms of a general security agreement over the assets and undertakings of the company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's present and after acquired personal property.
