Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, Michael Peter Stiassny and Brendon James Gibson, hereby give notice that on 19 July 2007, we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertakings of Braemar Lodge 2004 Limited pursuant to
a general security agreement dated the 13th day of March 2006.
Short Description of Property Charged Under the General Security Agreement: All assets and undertakings of the company.
