Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
John Anthony Waller and Colin Thomas McCloy, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of the companies on 2 July 2007 under the terms of a security agreement dated 19 December 2003.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the companies’ undertaking, property and assets.
The Receivers’ Office Address is: PricewaterhouseCoopers, 188 Quay Street (Private Bag 92162), Auckland.
