Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
On 28 June 2007, I, John Michael Gilbert, was appointed by Capital + Merchant Business Finance Limited, acting under powers conferred by a general security agreement dated the 6th day of March 2007, to act as receiver of all present and after acquired accounts receivable, invoices or chattel paper which are assigned to the secured party, pursuant to a debts and/or chattels factoring agreement between the debtor and the secured party, including any proceeds of accounts receivable, invoices or chattel paper (including proceeds that are goods, money, accounts receivable, chattel paper, intangibles, negotiable instruments, document of title and investment securities) of the above-named company.
