Notice of Ceasing to Act as Receivers and Managers

Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Karen Betty Mason, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, hereby give notice that on
16 January 2007, they ceased to act as receivers and managers of all of the undertaking and property and assets of the company, pursuant to their appointment by the first ranking debenture holder.
