Notice of Appointment of Joint Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant of Christchurch, and Shaun Neil Adams, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, were appointed joint receivers and managers
of Target Pest Enterprises Limited on 22 May 2007 by Canterbury Regional Council under the terms of a debenture giving the holder a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s undertaking.
