Notice of Appointment of Joint Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant of Christchurch, and Shaun Neil Adams, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, were appointed joint receivers and managers
of Target Pest Contracting Limited on 22 May 2007 by Target Pest Enterprises Limited under the terms of a general security agreement giving the holder security over the whole of the assets of the company.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s present and after acquired personal property.
