Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 11 May 2007, Anthony
John McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, insolvency practitioner, both of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of Pinehill Project Management Limited (in liquidation), under the terms of a general security agreement and a specific security agreement both dated on the 24th day of January 2006.
The Property in Receivership is: All present and after acquired personal property of the company.
