Notice of Appointment of Receiver
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
John Andrew White, was appointed receiver of Woodlands Apiary Limited on 8 May 2007, under the terms of a deed of general security agreement dated the 29th day of April 2005.
The Property in Receivership is: All present and after acquired property of the company.
The Receivers’ Office Address is: 62 Don Street (PO Box 453), Invercargill.
