Take notice that Peter Reginald Jollands and Barry White, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of McLanfear Limited (in receivership) on 10 May 2007 at 1.05pm.
Brief Description of Property or Assets in Receivership:
All “charged assets” meaning all of the present and future undertakings, assets, property of any kind, whatsoever and wheresoever, including uncalled capital and called, but unpaid capital and the goodwill of the business of McLanfear Limited (in receivership).
