Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 20 April 2007 at 3.15pm, Anthony Harris was appointed as receiver and manager of
J&G Holdings Limited (in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 6th day of September 2004.
The Receiver and Manager Has Been Appointed in Respect of: All the company’s present and after acquired property including all personal property.
