Richard Dale Agnew and Colin Thomas McCloy, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of Settlers Foods (2005) Limited
(in receivership) on 1 May 2007 under the terms of a security agreement dated 1 March 2000.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company's undertaking, property and assets.
The Receivers' Office Address is: PricewaterhouseCoopers, Level 8, PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower, 188 Quay Street (Private Bag 92162), Auckland.
