Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on 11 April 2007, Boris van Delden and Iain McLennan, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the above-named company under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 6th day of November 2006, which property consists of all present and after acquired personal property.
