Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Laurence George Chilcott and Peter Charles Chatfield,
chartered accountants of Smith Chilcott Bertelsen Harry, Level 11, Shortland Tower One, 51–53 Shortland Street, Auckland, hereby give notice that on 10 April 2007, they were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Plastic Filtration Limited under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 30th day of May 1995.
The Receivers and Managers Have Been Appointed in Respect of: All the company’s present and after acquired property, and all the personal property in which it has rights, whether now or in the future.
