Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to the Judicature Act 1908
John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountant, and
Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, both of Wellington, were appointed receivers of 0800 New Phone Limited and Nevada Management Limited on 16 March 2007 by the High Court, pursuant to the Judicature Act 1908.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s property and assets.
