Notice of End of Receivership and Resignation of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 29(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
I, Deborah Marion Barraclough, enrolled nurse of
Auckland, whose office is at 16 Seibel Road,
Henderson, Auckland 0614, hereby give notice that
on 16 March 2007, the receivership of Hewett and Haynes Limited ended and that as of 16 March 2007, I
resign as receiver and manager of all the assets, undertakings and property of Hewett and Haynes Limited
at Auckland.
I replaced Heather Margaret Gurney, who resigned because of ill health (New Zealand Gazette, 1 February 2001, No. 11, page 211).
