Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
We advise that on 18 March 2007, Iain McLennan, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed as receiver and manager of the property of Anesyds Limited
(in receivership) under the powers contained in several debentures and general security agreements dated the 19th day of July 2007 and/or the 16th day of August 2001 and/or the 16th day of March 2004, which property consists of all present and after acquired personal property.
