Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Thomas Lee Rodewald and Kenneth Peter Brown, chartered accountants of Tauranga, were, on 15 March 2007, appointed as joint receivers and managers of the property of Black Sheep Te Puna Limited under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 12th day of July 2005.
The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s present and after acquired property and all the personal property in which it has rights, whether now or in the future.
The Office of the Receivers and Managers is: C/o Rodewald Hart Brown Limited, Level 2, 127 Durham Street, Tauranga.
