Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 12 March 2007, Bank of
New Zealand hereby appointed Murray Neil Frost and Michael Craig Horne, chartered accountants of Dunedin, as receivers and managers of the property of Main Farm Limited (interim liquidator appointed) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated the 8th day of August 2002 given by that company.
The Offices of the Receivers and Managers are at: Deloitte, Chartered Accountants, Level 8, Otago House, 481 Moray Place, Dunedin.
