On 5 March 2007 at Christchurch, ANZ National Bank Limited, being the holder of a general security agreement dated 8 January 2004 and registered at the Companies Office at Wellington on 19 December 2003, issued to it
by Mactec Aerospace International Limited, appointed Trevor Francis Thornton, of Christchurch, and Richard Grant Simpson, of Wellington, both chartered accountants, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of the company.
