Notice of Appointment of Additional Receivers
Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Brian Mayo-Smith, chartered accountant, and Shaun Neil Adams, insolvency practitioner of BDO Spicers, Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers of Auckland, were appointed additional receivers of Redfern Holdings Limited on 5 March 2007, by the Davies & Co. Solicitors Nominee Company Limited under the terms of a general security agreement.
The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
