Notice of Resignation of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 11(4) of the Receiverships Act 1993
We, John Joseph Cregten and Andrew John McKay, chartered accountants of Corporate Finance Limited, Auckland, hereby give notice that we ceased to act as receivers of the above-named company on 2 March 2007.
