Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 26 February 2007, Anthony John McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, insolvency practitioners of Horwath Corporate (Auckland) Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all present and after acquired personal property of Debandada Limited, under the terms of a general security agreement dated the 11th day of August 2005, which was registered on the Personal Property Securities Register on
11 August 2005.
