are at Level 2, Zephyr House, 82 Willis Street (PO Box 11793), Wellington, do hereby give notice that we were
on 27 February 2007, appointed receivers and managers of the above-named companies.
The Property in Receivership is: All present and after acquired property of Boxhill Surrey Limited and Cell Technology Limited (both in receivership), pursuant to
a general security agreement dated 15 October 2001, granted to the ANZ National Bank Limited.
