Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager
Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993
I, John Michael Gilbert, hereby give notice that on
13 February 2007, I was appointed receiver and manager
of the assets and undertakings of Ca’Bella Construction Limited pursuant to general security agreements dated the 9th day of April 2002.
Short Description of Property Charges Under the General Security Agreements: All assets and undertakings of the company.
