Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Take notice that we, John Robert Buchanan and Callum James Macdonald, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, have been appointed liquidators of North Link Limited
(in liquidation).
The liquidation commenced on 8 February 2007 at 11.10am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that the liquidators fix 22 March 2007, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
The directors have resolved that the company is solvent and will be able to pay its debts.
