Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 2 February 2007, it was resolved by special resolution
of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Privus Limited be liquidated and that Jonathan Brett Mellors, chartered accountant of Curtis McLean Limited, Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 2 February 2007 at 1.00pm.
Prior to the appointment of the liquidator, a directors’ resolution confirming that the company would be able to pay its debts was lodged with the Registrar of Companies.
