Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 13 December 2006, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Tainui Chambers Limited be liquidated and that Neville Charles Goldie, chartered accountant of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 14 December 2006 at 3.30pm.
