Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on 9 February 2007, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be liquidated and that Michael Crawford, of Deloitte, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 9 February 2007.
