Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On 17 December 2007, under order of the High Court of New Zealand, Gareth Russel Hoole, chartered accountant
of Auckland, was appointed as liquidator of the New Zealand assets of Matin Realties, an entity incorporated in the State of New York, United States of America.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
All creditors are to submit any perceived claim to the liquidator in the prescribed form by 21 January 2008, or otherwise be excluded from participating in the liquidation estate.
