Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 1 February 2007, it was resolved by special resolution
of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Window Management Limited be liquidated and that David Mavitty Simpson, solicitor of Tauranga, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 4 February 2007 at 4.00pm.
