Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of Catlotus Limited commenced on 12 December 2007 at 5.14pm, when the members appointed Murray G. Allott, chartered accountant of Christchurch, as liquidator, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, by the passing of a special resolution by entry in the company minute book.
The director previously passed a resolution declaring that on the appointment of a liquidator the company would be able to pay its debts.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator is not required to call a meeting of creditors.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Pursuant to the Liquidation Regulations 1994
The liquidator hereby fixes 25 January 2008, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.

The company being liquidated has been certified by the director as being a solvent company.
