Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is given that on 11 December 2007 at 6.00pm, a special resolution was passed by the shareholders stating that the company be placed into liquidation and Daran Nair, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed as liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of Structured Cabling Limited (in liquidation) fixes 28 January 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
