Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 12 December 2007, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Proline Construction Limited be liquidated and that Peter Jansen Oborn, of Oborn & Johnson Limited, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 12 December 2007.
