Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 4 December 2007, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that HSS Limited be liquidated and that Daryl P. Bonney, chartered accountant of Tauranga, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 4 December 2007.
